Torture in Canada is mostly accomplished by Police and Quasi Police. Why do those who swear to protect the commonwealth and its' citizens instead perform all of the task by invading the property of citizens, attacking citizens in force while heavily armed, occasionally justified but overwhelmingly not necessary, and by falsifying evidence, keeping records of spurious complaints. Law Officers act in their own self interest before all other things inbcluding the oaths they swore to get on the gravy train of my tax monies.   The oaths sworn to obtain employment preclude the afformentioned behavior .
