I AM STILL SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF THE CONSPIRING MY NEIGHBORS AND MY EX-WIFE AND MY SIBLING FAMILY ACCOMPLISHED.

MY MOTHER HAD BEEN COVERTLY STEALING OR DIVERTING EVERY DOLLAR I WAS GIVEN BY MY RELATIVES STARTING WITH MY CHILDHOOD BANK ACCOUNT COMPOSED OF EVERY DOLLAR I HAD RECEIVED AS A GIFT FROM MY AUNT AND MY UNCLE. I WAS ALLOWED TO BE GIVEN ONLY MONEY, NO TOYS ALL THROUGH MY CHILDHOOD.

 

ON MY EIGHTEENTH BIRTHDAY MOTHER TOOK MY TRUST FUND FROM MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER AND ALL MY BIRTHDAY CHECKS. 

WHEN I WAS LEFT MY UNCLE ALBERT'S HOME AND MONEY THAT WAS HIDDEN FROM ME AND I DID NOT GET A PENNY.

MY WIFE AND MY BROTHER AND MY SISTER KNEW THIS WAS HAPPENING AND MY SISTER JOANNE CHARACTERIZED THIS AS "YOU THINK YOU ARE SO SMART AND WE FIXED YOU". MY BROTHER ANDREW CHARACTERIZED THAT FRAUD AND THEFT AS "MOTHER AND I THOUGHT THAT IF YOU KNEW YOU WOULD NOT TRY HARD ENOUGH".

THEY SAVED ME BY TAKING ALL OF IT FOR THEMSELVES. MY EX-WIFE KNEW ALL ABOUT IT BUT WHAT SHE DID NEXT WAS EVEN MORE HORRIBLE.

TRIXIE DASHEVSKY AKA BETTY DASH AND BETTY COLLARD WENT FROM DOOR TO DOOR AND STORE TO STORE IN SOOKE AND IN COLWOOD. SHE ADMITTED SHE HAD TOLD EVERYONE "THE OTHER SIDE OF EVERY CONFLICT I HAD BEEN IN" WHICH WAS WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO INSTITUTE LAWFUL PROCESS T O REMEDY MY DAMAGES AFTER I WAS INJURED IN MOTOR VEHICLE CRASHES I DID NOT CAUSE AND TO HALT MY UNLAWFUL EVICTION FROM MY PROMISED "PERMANENT RENTAL" WHICH THE OFFICE GANG AT THE BC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION GAVE TO A FRIEND OF ONE OR SOME OF THEM FOR ONE DOLLAR. 

MY EX-WIFE SAID "MY LAWYER HAS TAUGHT MR HOW TO USE THE POLICE".

"WE ARE GOING TO PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOU YOUR BACK AND NECK ARE GOING TO 'GO'. 

I HAVE RECOVERED SEVERAL TIMES, ONLY TO BE INJURED IN ANOTHER MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH AND WHEN I  AM SUBJECTED TO MORE RAIDS ON MY HOME AND MORE INTERVENTIONS AGAINST ME, ALWAYS WHEN I AM ON MY OWN PROPERTY, I HAVE COLLAPSED AND CONVULSED AND I AM STILL VIRTUALLY PARALYZED TODAY.

RETURNING TO THE SCENE OF A COLLAPSE OR A CONVULSION WILL CAUSE ANOTHER COLLAPSE OR CONVULSION. I WILL COLLAPSE OR CONVULSE IN THE PRESENCE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE ATTACKED ME OR STOLEN FROM ME, OR DEFAMED ME OR WHOM I KNOW HAVE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY OR MY PROSPECTS.

THIS IS THE COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF MY LIFE, MY CAREER AND MY HAPPINESS AS SHE AND HER LAWYER INTENDED. THE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AGAINST ME IS STILL IN FULL EFFECT AND IT IS NOT IN THE PAST.

IF THESE PEOPLE WERE CONSPIRING TO IMPORT PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES INSTEAD OF "TAKING ME DOWN" OR "TARGET HIS MUSIC" AND IT WAS STILL GOING ON IT WOULD NOT BE"IN THE PAST" IT WOULD BE A CONTINUING ONGOING CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY JUST LIKE THE CONSPIRACY WHICH WAS STARTED YEARS AGO AGAINST ME CONTINUED INDEFINITELY AND IT IS STILL AN UNREMEDIED ONGOING CRIME.

THERE IS A LACK OF RECOGNITION THAT ANY GETTING TOGETHER AND COOPERATING TO BRING ABOUT AN UNLAWFUL OUTCOME IS A CRIME, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY.

A MOST HEINOUS CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY IS THAT WHICH SEEKS TO HAMPER ANOTHER PERSON OR TO DESTROY AN INDIVIDUAL OR TO FORCE A PERSON TO UNDERTAKE ACTS THEY WOULD NOT WISH TO ACCOMPLISH OR TO STEAL ANOTHER PERSON'S ASSETS. 

THE CONSPIRING IS CRIMINAL, AND  OTHER ASPECTS OF ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSPIRING ARE ALSO CRIMINAL  ACTS.

STEALING AN INHERITANCE IS NOT A LAWFUL AND  CLEVER MANIPULATION. 

IT WAS, IN MY CASE A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AGAINST MYSELF BY FAMILY MEMBERS COMBINED WITH MAIL THEFT AND MONEY THEFT AND EXTORTION. 

TELLING STORIES, PARTICULARLY TO THE POLICE, IS DEFAMATION AND IF A GROUP OF PEOPLE AGREE TO DO THIS IN CONCERT SEVERAL CRIMES ARE COMMITTED IN ADDITION TO CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY.  

ANY INDIVIDUAL AND ESPECIALLY ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE, IF THEY DO BAD THINGS TO ANYONE OR THEIR PROPERTY, ARE COMMITTING AN OFFENCE. THERE IS NO LAWFUL PROVISION FOR TAKING DAMAGING ACTION AGAINST ANYONE EXCEPT IF THERE HAS BEEN A LEGAL PROCESS WHERE A JUDGE HAS ORDERED THAT.

Reason With Fighting

Apply reason to the situation where I am married with children and I have to pay for everything and do without what I got married to have if fighting breaks out. There is nothing that I want my wife to do that I could scream or beat her into submission to do. I lived with my ex-wife so as to have an in house sex partner. I do not want to beat or scream at my sex partner, I will not get sex from my wife then. I got married because my sex partner really really really wanted to have children and in 1978 it was problematic to be un-married boyfriend and pregnant girlfriend and we had to get married to avoid complications with the Grace Birthing hospital in Vancouver BC.

I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN BY FIGHTING. NO DINNER, NO SEX, AND DIVORCE WOULD COST ME A FORTUNE.

THE EX-WIFE WILL BE PAID A LOT OF MONEY IF WE DIVORCE AND NO DINNER, NO SEX IS EASIER FOR HER.

It is a very simple calculation to make there is nothing in it for me to fight and the more fighting there is the more money the wife will get. if only she could get me to hit her, oh glorious payday she should get everything and hiss shriek I would be in jail or on the street as she wished.

ANDREW DOLAN BYLAW OFFICER CITY OF VICTORIA BC

I provide accommodation for thirty or forty people in the City of Victoria where I rent 25 suites, all in the 1300block of Hillside Ave. In the ten years that I have owned the buildings I have been subjected to a series of phone call complaints most of which are unfounded or are a stretch which allows the lodging of a complaint. The campaigns have on at least four occasions have successfully motivated the Bylaw Enforcement and Police Officers to abuse process, to enter my property without Judicial warrant or invitation and to engage in campaigns, the aim of which is to lay a really serious punishment on myself, a now sixty five year old apartment building owner. It appears that Andrew Dolan has gotten into a conflict with my business, my family and myself.

Somehow Dolan was at my property at exactly the time that snow was suppose to be removed from the public sidewalk and on a day when he knew conditions were such that he knew that removal would be able to be accomplished in the short time allotted to property owners. I have not been able to physically do any shoveling due to injury for many years now. I phone my manager, and I continually stress that the snow should be removed from my property, in particular from the long steeply sloping driveway, but also from the flat sidewalk out front. At the time which Dolan deemed appropriate to issue a ticket, the adjacent apartment building had not cleared the sidewalk, and the street behind the apartment building where our home and office are located was not cleared. In other words we have to get a truck out of our property on Ryan Street to purchase more sand and deicing compound and the street is impassable but we are still expected to be able to clear the sidewalk for the City of Victoria.

No ticket was presented to me, nor was I informed in any documentable manner that our protest of the tickets had been disallowed due to a technicality, but Andrew Dolan arrived at my privately owned and un-rented property at Otter Point BC, with an RCMP escort. This time just the two of them but I was handed a document demanding a five hundred dollar payment and threatening my arrest. Dolan, to me was an aggressive angry and dangerous looking person.

I looked Dolan up and he has been involved in situations where he metes out punishment with a club. I don't pay twenty thousand dollars taxes to The City of Victoria to have them use the money to treat me like this. I think theres alot of information about the City of Victoria which should be widely disseminated. I think of it as "Crack City", crackpots making phone calls of complaint to other crackpots who willingly engage in the crackpot cop-calling scheme to stir up crackpots in the Police Department and then take a drive around downtown at night. "Crack City Victorial", the crackpots and the crackheads have won.

Why do those who swear to protect the commonwealth and its' citizens instead perform all of the task by invading the property of citizens, attacking citizens in force while heavily armed, occasionally justified but overwhelmingly not necessary, and by falsifying evidence, keeping records of spurious complaints. Law Officers act in their own self interest before all other things inbcluding the oaths they swore to get on the gravy train of my tax monies.   The oaths sworn to obtain employment preclude the afformentioned behavior .
